Castle Monthly Gift Card Drawing
Official Rules
1. Promotion
Castle’s monthly gift card drawing is referred herein as the “Drawing.”
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and who have contacted Castle for a home repair service. No purchase necessary to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age and eligibility.
3. How to Enter
To enter the monthly Drawing, complete and submit the Customer Feedback Survey that was emailed to you (“Entry”). You must complete all required information. By submitting an Entry, you agree that your Entry conforms to these Official Rules and you meet the eligibility criteria in Section 1. Limit one (1) valid Entry per person/email address per month. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses or identities to circumvent these Official Rules and your Entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Castle.
4. Drawing & Winner Notification
Four (4) potential winners will be selected by a random Drawing each calendar month conducted by Castle personnel. The winners will be selected in the first week of the subsequent month of entry and will be contacted via the email address on file. Castle shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings on the winner’s email account. The receipt by the winner of the prize offered in the Drawing is conditioned upon compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time the award notification was sent, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
5. Prizes & Winning Odds
The prizes for each monthly Drawing consist of four $100 Amazon.com Gift Cards. Restrictions apply, see amazon.com/gc-legal. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution of any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Castle. The approximate total retail value of all prizes for each monthly Drawing is $400. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received as of the deadline for the Drawing each month.
6. General Conditions
By entering the Drawing each entrant agrees: (a) to these Official Rules and the decisions of Castle, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Drawing; and (b) that Castle, its affiliates, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury, loss or damage to any person or property due in whole or in part from the awarding, receipt, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in the Drawing. Castle and its agents are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, for printing or typographical errors in any Drawing material, or for any computer, software, Internet website or electronic defect, error or failure relative to any aspect of the Drawing regardless of reason. Castle's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Drawing is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Castle which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Drawing, then the Castle reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel the Drawing and determine the prize winners from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to cancellation. Automated Entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices may cause disqualification in Castle’s sole discretion.
7. Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Castle in connection with the Drawing shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of State of Ohio or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Ohio.
8. Winner List
