Castle is no longer providing estimates or accepting new service requests in all markets. Any ongoing work will be completed, and all completed and paid work is still covered by our 3-year Workmanship Warranty. 

Note that the Workmanship Warranty goes into effect on the day paid services are completed and are valid for three years. See full warranty details here.

How does the three-year warranty work?

To learn more about your three-year workmanship warranty, email Castle at expert@callcastle.com. You will be connected to a Castle Expert who will ask you questions about the issue and initiate the warranty process. Note that the warranty went into effect on the date your service was completed and is valid for three years.
